Lego Harry Potter: 1-4 will focus on the nascent years of the Hogwarts crew, following the titular hero and newly jaundiced friends Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, in addition to other characters from the franchise. According to WBIE, gamers will be afforded a chance to attend classes at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, as well as engage in other wizardly activities such as casting spells, mixing potions, and flying on broomsticks.

WBIE senior vice president of development and production Samantha Ryan said, “The game is geared for players to experience a good mix of puzzle-solving gameplay with exploration and battle in some of the most beloved Harry Potter environments, plus a few other surprises.”
